Below are some favourite personal and commissioned projects I have worked on.

Please contact me if you would like to suggest or collaborate on something new!

Each year, a worldwide challenge known as “Inktober” is launched each October. It challenges artists to draw an ink drawing each day following a list of prompts.

I took up the challenge in 2016, and after it was over I found I had not only ended up with a collection of new drawings, but I had also learnt new techniques and stretched my creativity. I have now completed my third year.

This led me to produce new prints, cards, game cards and calendars. More plans are ahead for my drawings – watch this space!

Early in 2017 ceramic artist Tracie Anderson, approached me to collaborate with her on an exhibition, and with her beautiful combinations of ceramics and found objects it was an easy decision.

Our exhibition “Salt – The Blue Series” opened in January 2018 at the Bunbury Regional Art Gallery. Our work also exhibited at Mr. Barvals Winery, Margaret River in March 2018.

I have been honoured to illustrate and design wedding invitations and create drawings as gifts, here are a few of examples.

I have always loved birds. Maybe it is their delightful nature, happy songs, their ability to fly, or the never ending variations of behaviours, colours and shapes.

A few years ago, after drawing a bird every day to help me develop ideas and drawing skills, I found I had spontaneously begun a tradition of drawing a new series of birds each year to be used in calendars.

I have also made paying cards from these design and have upcoming plans for other bird projects.

We really enjoyed the development and planning of this project.
